30周年

４月に創刊したマガジンハウスのフリーマガジン「Hanakoママ」を毎月保護者に渡しているのですが、５月号の特集は、「東京ディズニリゾート３０周年」です。

 

この月曜日から新しいパレードが始まるなど、メディアでも連日取り上げられていますね。

 

１９８３年に開業してから、ディズニーシーが２００１年にオープンし、合わせた３０年間の累計の入場者数は、５億６７６９万人に達したそうです。凄い数字ですね。

 

サービス業の観点から、キャストの「夢の世界」のおもてなしのすばらしさは、ずっと、お客様満足度ナンバーワンであり、各業界からも注目され、各社の研修等にも活用されていることは、とても有名ですね。

 

でも、もう一つ、注目すべき点がありました。２０１１年では、入園者数のうち６５歳以上の構成比が２３．３％だそうです。

 

ファミリー層の減少を考慮して、「大人のファン」の獲得に力を入れた戦略です。「ディズニーのおとな旅」という周遊プランに力を入れ、６０歳以上限定で一般より３割安い年間パスポートを発売したり、高齢者がくつろぎやすいようにレストラン数は、開業時の３倍以上に増やしたそうです。

 

「３世代」や「シニヤグループ」での入園者が確実に増え、全国のテーマパークが苦戦をする中、右肩上がりで入園者数を増やしています。

 

保育園でも、ディズニーランドの話になると、子どもたちだけでなく、保護者も職員も目を輝かして、話が長くなります（笑）

 

夢の世界にも、緻密な戦略があり、これはまさに、現実の競争社会でもありますね。

 

ディズニーランドに着いたら、そんなことは忘れて、楽しむだけですが・・・

    First of all I would like to say fantastic blog! I had a quick question that I'd like to ask if you don't mind. I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear your mind prior to writing. I've had trouble clearing my thoughts in getting my thoughts out. I do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are lost just trying to figure out how to begin. Any suggestions or hints? Many thanks!
